Rejesus Website
Have you ever typed 'Jesus' into a search engine, to see
what comes up? Should you try, using Google you will discover there are over 64
million results from the search. As you can probably guess, many, if not most
of these websites are not Christian.
So is Jesus represented at all on the web? Well there are
many good (and some not so good) Christian sites. Unfortunately the majority of
the best ones are American and therefore produced in a style more suitable for
an American audience.
rejesus.co.uk is a website based on the person of Jesus
Christ, and has been produced specifically for a UK audience (that is not to
say that non-UKs cant use it) - to quote from the front page of
rejesus
.
Two thousand years after he walked the earth, Jesus of
Nazareth remains one of the most talked-about and influential people who has
ever lived. In the pages that follow, we explore his life, character, teachings
and followers. We look at how Jesus has been quoted and misquoted, filmed and
written about, worshipped and argued over....

So now you can check out
The
story of Jesus and download a gospel or prove how much you know in the
pub-quiz, and then find out what the average
bloke-in-the-street has to say about who Jesus is as well as
other ordinary people who have had
Encounters
with Jesus. Or you can post-a-prayer for someone in need and read the prayers
of others and then check out the Labyrinth in the
Spirituality
section.
Expressions
shows how Jesus has been imagined and interpreted by artists and the
Communitysection
gives you a chance to get involved and join the discussions on the discussion
boards.
